In May 2022, the non-profit National Federation of the Psychological Industry (Zenshinren) was established as a place where Japanese parents and children and Ukrainian parents and children can easily interact, and where "professionals who listen to stories" can provide psychological assistance.
The Ukrainian Exchange Center was opened in Shibuya, Tokyo on May 2 and in Umeda, Osaka on May 13, 2022. As an exchange center for Ukrainians living in Japan, with counseling psychologists, the General Incorporated Association of Professional Psychology, so that people evacuated from Ukraine can safely and calmly spend time as at home.
